AllSite History

AllSite began contractor service in 1988. During the early years, AllSite provided limited sod, landscaping and excavation service to local builders. Gradually, through experience and a growing customer base, the company expanded.

A merger in 2004 brought AllSite Contracting and R. A. Burgess, General Contractor into one general contracting company.  With R. A. Burgess came plumbing, electrical, masonry and carpentry skills as well as septic system installation service.

During 2005, new business practices and ideas were put into place resulting in a gross income double that of the previous year and triple from the year before. Our customer base expanded rapidly and the AllSite name became synonymous with fast, professional service.

In 2006, the founding partner retired, and AllSite, under the direction of Rich Burgess and Rich Bobel, began an extensive reorganization. The goal was to become a complete service provider to our customer base with a do it right the first time approach.

Today, AllSite is capable of providing our customers with an extensive service menu. We are considered one of the major service providers to Northern Virginia and Western Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia construction community.

We also opened satellite offices in Frederick Maryland and Rehoboth Beach Delaware to further service our clients.
